At The Nail Delivery, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However, if you change your mind or experience an issue, please read our policy below.

1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
If you purchase an item from our website, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it — for any reason.
To qualify for a refund under this right:
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods
You must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
⚠️ Used or opened items will not be accepted for return.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns for the following:
Bespoke or customised items, including custom-sized or personalised nails
Items that have been opened or used
Hygiene-sensitive products such as beauty tools once opened
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
These exclusions are in line with your rights under UK consumer law.
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
You must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs, if applicable
If your claim is approved, we will cover the cost of return postage and resolve the issue promptly.
4. How to Return an Item
To begin a return:

Include your name, order number, and reason for return.
Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
Return the item using a trackable postal service.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
We will notify you of the outcome
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Please note:
Refunds will not be issued for used/opened items or customised products
Original delivery charges are only refunded if the order is cancelled within the 14-day cooling-off period or if the item is faulty
