We have tried to cover everything you may need to know within the different sections of the website, however if you are still unsure of anything please do contact us. There is no question or query too big or too small for us to answer - we are here to help! 

If you require any guidance on how to use, apply or remove any of our products please get in touch! We want your nails to last the correct amount of time and application is a key part of the process. 

After care is very important - please follow the correct aftercare advice given on the downloads section. 

Please do take care with application and removals.

All the press on nails have been prepped on the underside to help with longevity. We have done this so that you, the customer does not need to - the nails are not damaged just prepped.

Keep all products away from children.

Remember nails are jewels not tools!

Too much OR too little glue can affect longevity.

Glue Tabs need to fit the entire nail for best results - for a large toe nail trimming two glue tabs can help with a better fit. 

The nail glue becomes less effective over time especially when it is regularly opened, keep the lid on when not in use and store in a cool dry place.

When requesting a bespoke order please be mindful that a lot of images online are created using AI and are impossible for a nail artist to recreate. Also be aware that photos and pictures can have a slightly altered colour appearance especially when sent or uploaded to a phone, computer or email.
